About: TableOne Hospitality and its affiliates are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the F&B outlet operation, ensuring high-quality service and products while maintaining profitability. The ideal candidate will lead and train staff, manage budgets, and uphold operational standards to meet company goals and guest satisfaction levels.
Requirements: 2-4 years experience in a similar or equivalent role; ability to understand and evaluate complex information from various sources; warm and friendly demeanor; proficiency in payroll processing and POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.; clear understanding of employment laws; prompt response to guest complaints; strong communication and reporting skills; knowledge of local liquor laws and sanitation regulations; active floor presence; experience in conducting staff performance reviews and training sessions; commitment to ensuring overall guest satisfaction
