Position: Restaurant Manager – Foundry Grill
About: The Foundry Grill Restaurant at Sundance Mountain Resort is in search of a Restaurant Hospitality Manager to oversee service and hospitality operations. This role collaborates closely with the Culinary Team, Senior Restaurant Manager, and Beverage Manager to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Requirements: 2-4 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment; strong knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality, wine, spirits, and beer; experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred (or equivalent experience); current food handler’s permit; TIPS & SIPS alcohol service certification; ability to pass background check and submit fingerprints for liquor license representation; 21+ years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds regularly (occasionally 50 pounds)
