About: Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie, a renowned world-class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant with a flagship location in Downtown Los Angeles since 2009 and a new site in West Hollywood, is seeking dedicated Restaurant Managers to join the team and uphold its exceptional standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Requirements: A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively; genuine passion for hospitality; prior experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry; training in food safety; effective staff training and development skills; strong customer service and organizational abilities; comfort in a fast-paced environment; professional appearance and adherence to company standards; availability for long hours, weekends, and holidays
