Position: Restaurant Manager – Denny’s #7740, Eugene, OR
About: Denny’s is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead the team and create a welcoming environment for guests. The Restaurant Manager supervises approximately 15-20 crew members, ensures proper execution of restaurant operations, provides guests with a great dining experience, and upholds service and quality standards.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience; ability to work a minimum of 50 hours a week; food safety manager certification required; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle high-stress situations and problem-solve effectively
