Position: Restaurant Manager – Denny’s
About: Denny’s is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the team and ensure a welcoming dining experience for guests. The Restaurant Manager will supervise approximately 15 – 20 crew members, manage restaurant operations, and uphold service and quality standards on their shift.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours a week; Food Safety Manager certification required; Strong organizational skills with excellent communication abilities; Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings; Proven ability to problem-solve and handle high-stress situations; Basic math skills and value for diversity
