About: The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage departments in maintaining high standards of quality, service, and marketing. With 216 rooms overlooking the Sioux Falls River, the hotel features over 20,000 square feet of meeting space and various dining options including an Italian restaurant and a specialty coffee bar.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food & beverage management; strong knowledge of food and beverage operations; excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills; ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
