Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; 1+ years of restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or related management experience; High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; Associate’s degree preferred; Valid driver’s license with liability insurance and a good driving record; Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff; Supervising daily shift operations; Organizing schedules and payroll data; Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, budgetary concepts, and more; Food Handlers Certification; Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on location)
