Requirements: 2-4 years experience in a similar or equivalent role; ability to understand and evaluate complex information from various sources; warm and friendly demeanor; proficiency in processing payroll and utilizing POS systems, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office; clear understanding of State, Federal, and Local employment laws; ability to respond to guest complaints promptly; familiarity with monitoring service quality and ensuring compliance with regulations and SOPs; experience in conducting staff performance reviews and departmental training; skilled in interviewing and hiring front-of-house F&B positions; commitment to ensuring overall guest satisfaction
