As a part of the management team, including Kitchen Manager, Service Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager, you will lead initiatives in local restaurant marketing, performance management, and training, ensuring top-notch restaurant operations.
Requirements: 1-5 years of management experience; previous restaurant manager experience; general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations; ability to manage and direct a team, champion change, analyze a Profit and Loss statement, and a passion for training and development
