About: Dave and Buster’s – Anchorage is looking for a full-time or part-time Restaurant Line Cook in Anchorage, AK. As a restaurant line cook at Dave and Buster’s – Anchorage, you will be under the direction of the culinary management team, executing all line station menu items to the exact recipe/plate presentation specifications, in a safe and sanitary manner, within specific production times and consistent with the guidelines set by Dave and Buster’s – Anchorage.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to memorize and replicate recipe/menu item production procedures; physical stamina to stand working for up to 10 hours; capable of meeting deadlines and production goals with limited supervision; ability to handle stressful situations in a positive and supportive manner
