Position: Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor
About: A theater/restaurant kitchen is in search of a diligent and organized Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily culinary operations and ensure the smooth running of the back/heart of house areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating kitchen team members, maintaining a safe work environment, and upholding food quality standards within a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen setting.
Requirements: Culinary Arts or Culinary Certificate preferred; at least two years of experience in large, complex operations with a focus on food and beverage programs, hospitality, and brand management; ability to frequently stand, bend/kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs; provide leadership and training to kitchen staff; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to empower team members and recruit diverse talent; good written and verbal communication skills
