Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager

About: This is a fantastic opportunity at a 100% scratch kitchen for the role of Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager. The position requires in-depth knowledge of all dining room and kitchen operations, effective leadership, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and financial goals in a high-volume restaurant setting. The job involves overseeing staff, maintaining standards, managing budgets, and ensuring a great dining experience for guests. Physical requirements include bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and dexterity in handling kitchen equipment and food items.

Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred; Exceptional leadership and motivational skills required; Ability to define, measure, and attain financial goals for the restaurant; Must be able to attract, train, develop, and retain top-tier Team Members; Strong guest service focus and effective staffing and cost management skills
