Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager
About: A theater and restaurant company is seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee food quality, production, and staff management. Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Line Cook in a high-volume operation (Theater) or creative environment (Restaurant); progressive growth in a hands-on role to supervision preferred; track record of success and strong problem-solving skills; emphasis on quality food preparation, guest satisfaction, and positive feedback; ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen setting
