Requirements: High school diploma; previous kitchen management experience in a casual dining restaurant; minimum one (1) year of experience in a supervisory role; ability to make decisions; ability to identify and resolve problems; ability to guide, direct, and motivate staff; ability to plan and prioritize tasks; ability to teach and train staff; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices and regulations; able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
