Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager
About: Fantastic Opportunity in a 100% Scratch Kitchen for an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager with essential functions including knowledge of all dining room and kitchen systems, providing direction and coaching to team members, ensuring consistent execution of standards, and managing budgets and inventory. The role also requires exceptional leadership and motivational skills, a strong focus on guest service, and the ability to define and attain financial goals for the restaurant. Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); Some college preferred; Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred; Exceptional leadership and motivational skills required; Must be able to attract, train, develop, and retain the very best Team Members; Exceptionally strong guest service focus; Ability to define, measure, and attain financial goals for the restaurant
