Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager
About: Golden Corral, a popular chain restaurant known for its Caring Culture, is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to join the team at Cumberland Corral, LLC in a high-volume, casual dining setting. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food production and ensuring the quality, recipes, and cleanliness standards are met for guests, as well as overseeing overall restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
Requirements: Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants; education and training in business or hospitality; successful completion of Golden Corral’s management training program; possession of a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
