Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager

About: A restaurant is in need of a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the effective running of shifts, maintaining food quality, service standards, safety, and company policies. The manager will be responsible for communication with guests, team members, vendors, and maintaining facility cleanliness and supplies. Additionally, managing schedules, inventory, budgets, staffing levels, and ensuring guest satisfaction are crucial aspects of this role.

Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred; Exceptional leadership and motivational skills required; Ability to define, measure, and attain financial goals for the restaurant
