Position: Restaurant General Manager-LGA
About: Restaurant General Manager at LGA is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee guest service and operations within the airport. The position entails managing staff, ensuring hospitality, maintaining costs and cleanliness, and adhering to company policies under the direction of the Director of Airport Operations.
Requirements: Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant/food service management experience with P&L responsibilities; proficiency in MS Office Suite and POS systems; BS or AS degree preferred; outstanding interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities; proven track record in management and client relations; ability to influence through knowledge and relationship management; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; successful completion of pre-employment TSA background check
