Position: Restaurant General Manager (GM)
About: Wooden Paddle is a restaurant looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead their team and ensure the smooth operation of the establishment. The restaurant focuses on providing a high-quality dining experience in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Requirements: At least 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience in a General Manager, or equivalent, role; A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent work experience; Upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience in a General Manager role – a major plus; Must have current ServSafe Manager and BASSET Certifications; Must be at least 21 years old; Must have open availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays; Must have the ability to regularly work 50-ish hours per week; Physically able to stand for long periods, and keep up with the pace of a busy restaurant; Must have a valid driver’s license and sole access to a personal vehicle; Familiarity with Toast, SevenRooms, 7Shifts, and Margin Edge, a plus
