Position: Restaurant General Manager

About: Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant chain with a focus on fresh ingredients and a mission to nourish and inspire every team member, guest, and community served. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join their team and contribute to the fun, exciting, and challenging environment in restaurant management.

Requirements: Minimum of two years experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management; partner with supervisors and management teams to lead a high-performing team; provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a family-like atmosphere; hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers; lead with integrity and follow operational procedures; proficient in back-of-house and point-of-sale systems, budgeting, and performance reviews; conflict resolution skills and excellent communication abilities; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; physical requirements may include lifting up to 55 pounds and bending, twisting, and reaching; valid driver’s license required; must be at least 18 years old
