Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; 5+ years of progressive F&B management experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants; Proven track record of managing multiple food service outlets simultaneously; Strong understanding of restaurant financials, cost control, and budgeting; ServSafe Manager Certification; Alcohol service certification: ABC/RBS (Required); Food Handler’s Certification (Required)
