Requirements: Proven guest service and communication expertise; Strong knowledge of QSR processes and standards; Solid organizational and time-management capabilities; Competency in basic math for inventory and financial tracking; Working knowledge of computer and POS systems; Flexibility of schedule that may include nights, weekends, or particular holidays; Proficiency in data analysis and report interpretation for strategic decisions; Skilled in training team members and creating training materials
