Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: HMSHost is currently seeking a General Manager I to oversee a QSR restaurant or small cluster of restaurants in close proximity to each other. The GM will be responsible for ensuring operational and financial standards are met, making leadership decisions, and driving the overall success of the restaurant.
Requirements: GMIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing various types of restaurants, with at least 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience and 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for some experience. Strong team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills are essential, along with knowledge of HMSHost policies and products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to comprehend instructions and converse effectively are required.
