Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: This position requires relocation to Turks and Caicos. As the General Manager of our state-of-the-art arcade restaurant bar, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving the overall success of the establishment. You will be pivotal in shaping the guest experience and establishing a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry; Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and handle numerous responsibilities; A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and enthusiasm for entertainment and dining; Experience with managing budgets and financial reporting
