Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Taco Bell, operated by a franchisee, is currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead their team in providing exceptional food and customer service. As the leader of the restaurant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers and ensuring the overall success of the establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility; basic personal computer literacy; internal promotion preference from Assistant General Manager role; at least 21 years old; pass background check; reliable transportation; basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical and decision-making skills; ability to perform physical tasks like sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods
