Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of food service supervision experience; Proficiency in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to drive employee initiatives and incentives; Demonstrated track record of driving growth and enhancing guest satisfaction; Strong leadership abilities to foster relationships with guests, vendors, and associates; Proven success in maintaining cost controls and quality standards
