Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: HMSHost, a company specializing in food and beverage services at airports, is offering a General Manager II position at the Louisville Airport. The GMII will manage a complex QSR or Casual Dine Restaurant or small cluster of restaurants, ensuring high operational and financial standards are met.
Requirements: GMIIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing the types of restaurants to which the role is assigned, including overall responsibility for success and failure of the restaurant. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of the required experience. Demonstrated team management, delegation, issue resolution skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service quality, equipment, and operations standards is required. Strong communication and comprehension skills are necessary for this role.
