Requirements: Prior Food and Beverage Management experience required; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions; proficiency in Microsoft Office products; embrace technology and adapt to new operating systems; knowledge of food service techniques, cost controls, and hotel food and beverage operations; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; luxury hotel experience is a plus
