Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Wingmen V, LLC is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the operations of their restaurant locations. The General Manager will be responsible for supervising the kitchen operations, ensuring quality food service, handling customer complaints, maintaining cleanliness, enforcing safety standards, and managing the recruitment and training of staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management; ability to estimate food and beverage usage, place orders, and manage daily financial transactions; knowledge of safety standards and liquor laws; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift 30 to 50 pounds, and engage in physical activities like pushing, pulling, and stretching.
