Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Wingmen V, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations at our restaurant locations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the kitchen, overseeing dining room service, ordering supplies, managing cash transactions, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction, enforcing safety standards and liquor laws, recruiting and training staff, and scheduling work hours to ensure seamless operations during peak times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in restaurant management; ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
