Position: Restaurant Executive Sous Chef – Corner
About: Immediate direct support Chef responsible for culinary functions within an outlet in the absence of the Restaurant Executive Chef. Directs kitchen staff, oversees food preparation, and ensures compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Requirements: Associates of Culinary Arts or Business Administrative; experience in culinary or food and beverage operations; knowledge of local health department regulations, HACCP, and Food Safety SOPs; experience in menu creation and implementation; proficiency in basic computer skills and cooking equipment knowledge
