Position: Restaurant Executive Chef
About: The hotel is seeking a Chef responsible for all culinary functions, creating excitement, inspiration, and direction for all food and beverage associates in both front and back of house areas, ensuring high-quality experiences for guests in all outlets and events.
Requirements: Associates of Culinary Arts or Business Administration; experience in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety regulations; ability to train and manage culinary staff; knowledge of health department regulations and food safety standards; proficiency in accounting procedures and inventory management
