Requirements: 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience; Available to work a five-day set schedule; Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team; Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader; Enthusiastic, positive, and driven; Enjoys a fast-paced environment; Adaptable to new processes and systems
