Position: Restaurant Chef – Year Round – Full Time

Requirements: Associates degree in culinary arts and 2 years of relevant professional cooking experience in resort or high-end facilities; minimum 2 years of experience as a Culinary Leader; strong abilities in cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, knife skills, food preparation, and presentation; prior management experience including supervision, production line expedite, planning, budget management; computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
