Requirements: Associates degree in culinary arts and 2 years of relevant professional cooking experience in resort or high-end facilities; valid driver’s license; minimum 2 years’ experience as Lead Cook or Chef; strong cooking techniques, kitchen equipment mastery, and management skills; ability to work at a high pace and collaborate effectively with co-workers; computer skills; availability to work weekends and holidays
