Position: Restaurant Chef, Snowbird, Year Round Full Time
About: Snowbird, situated in the middle of the Wasatch Mountain Range, is a unique resort with distinct summer and winter seasons. They are continually looking for dedicated individuals who share a passion for the mountains and the outdoors, offering full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree in a related field or 3-5 years of job-specific work experience; must be at least 21 years of age; food handler permit required; ability to work all kitchen stations effectively; strong interpersonal and leadership skills; experience in a restaurant with 200 plus seats; hotel and resort experience preferred; prior management and training experience required; computer knowledge of Word and Excel; understanding of P&L and ability to analyze monthly
