Requirements: Prior culinary experience of 3-5 years; Previous experience in role of restaurant/outlet chef or department-head level leadership; Flexible in working extensive shifts and every station within the outlet; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within a large team; Good organizational skills and ability to work independently; Ability to function well under pressure and adjust to changing conditions; High work ethic and sense of responsibility within a team
