About: The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Miami is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join their team as a Chef de Cuisine. This luxurious hotel is known for its exceptional hospitality, setting the standard for rare and special luxury service worldwide.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
