Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; expertise in menu development, food preparation, and compliance with health and safety standards; strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen operations; knowledge of food safety standards, menu execution, and kitchen operations; collaborative approach to mentoring staff and fostering a positive team culture
