About: Zaxby’s, a popular restaurant chain known for providing great food and a fun dining experience to its guests, is seeking Assistant Managers to join their team. Assistant Managers play a key role in maintaining operational standards and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week; Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Successful completion of background check; Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1-3 years management experience required; Restaurant management experience preferred
