Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
About: Spring Corral, Inc. is a franchise organization seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join their team. This entry-level, hourly management position offers cross-training in all skill positions within the restaurant and provides knowledge of operational tasks such as ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning. The role involves working closely with the General and Associate Managers and completing a one-year certification program focused on in-store management skills, with a Front of House emphasis. The position entails managing and directing human, physical, and financial resources in the front of the house to ensure a profitable operation and a positive dining environment that encourages guests to return.
Requirements: 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diverse menu offerings; Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.
