Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
About: Zaxby’s is a vibrant and fun restaurant where guests come to enjoy great food and create lasting memories with friends. As an Assistant Manager at Zaxby’s, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding operational standards on a daily basis.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week; Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Successful completion of background check; Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1-3 years management experience required; Restaurant management experience preferred
