Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

As the team at Zaxby’s continues to grow, they are in search of dedicated Assistant Managers to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain operational excellence within the restaurant.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week; Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Successful completion of a background check; Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1-3 years of management experience required; Restaurant management experience preferred.
