Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager-Peter Luger Steakhouse (Caesars Palace LV)
About: The Assistant General Restaurant Manager assists the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects and activities of the restaurant operation at Stanton Social Prime. Responsibilities include training, setting service standards, scheduling, coaching, managing, and ensuring business cost controls while leading by example with the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Mgmt; five years of restaurant/food service experience, including three years supervisory experience; effective communication in English; work in a high caliber chef-driven property; knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, Windows, LMS
