Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
About: Red Robin, a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a laid-back atmosphere and quirky vibe, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner in ensuring excellent day-to-day operations. This role serves as a brand ambassador, upholds company standards, and fosters a memorable experience for Guests and Team Members, embodying a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age; 2 years of management experience; Open Availability (including nights, weekends, holidays); Reliable transportation; Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; Strong P&L knowledge; Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law; Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
