Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager

They are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager to join their team and contribute to the dynamic world of restaurant management. Requirements: Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience; experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus; ability to lead a high-performing team with the General Manager; provide an exceptional guest experience and cultivate a family-like atmosphere; strong conflict resolution, communication, and team management skills; familiarity with operational and inventory control procedures; availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; physical ability to perform kitchen duties and lift up to 55 pounds; valid driver’s license required; must be at least 18 years old
