Requirements: Minimum 4 years of progressive restaurant management experience; impeccable work ethic and integrity; ability to remain steady under pressure; track record of managing diverse teams; food-safety mindset and ServSafe certification; strong communication skills; proficiency with restaurant technology; manual dexterity and ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
