Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
About: Sweetgreen, a fast-casual restaurant chain, is seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join their team as Restaurant Managers (Assistant Coaches). Assistant Managers at Sweetgreen play a pivotal role in upholding the brand’s values, fostering a welcoming environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. They lead front and back of house operations to deliver an ultimate dining experience focused on healthy, fresh ingredients and a community-driven approach.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 years in a restaurant management role; experience in fast-casual restaurant chains preferred; managed and developed 25+ team members per shift; passion for food and restaurant operations; ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment; strong understanding and appreciation of local and organic products; belief in and passion for the company’s core values
