About: The restaurant is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards, aiming to exceed guest expectations and enhance business results.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience; Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team for a memorable guest experience; True leadership capabilities; Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
