Position: Restaurant and Operations Manager
About: THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. Ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene, inspires FUN in team members and guests, thrives on immediate gratification, excels in goal achievement, can handle high-intensity work environments, and oversees all aspects of the business.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience; Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; True leadership capabilities; Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Comfortable in fast-paced, noisy environments with distracting conditions
