Position: Restaurant And Bar Manager
About: A trendy Wine Bar and Restaurant located in downtown Brooklyn is seeking a Wine and Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment. Responsibilities include managing the waitstaff, servers, and back of the house staff, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction, maintaining and managing inventory levels, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Additionally, they will work closely with ownership to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in managing a wine bar and restaurant; excellent leadership and communication skills; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; good understanding of wine and ability to provide guidance and recommendations to customers
